Nazi Germany 1933-45
The final examined part of the GCSE History course is on the rise of Hitler and life in Nazi Germany. Year 11 students seek to explain why the German people turned to National Socialism in 1933, before assessing how Hitler was able to turn his election as Chancellor into a dictatorship. We finish by examining how Nazi rule effected the different sections of the German people. This will also lead into the Holocaust coursework.
